Supreme quiet location near the historical city centre, within easy walking distance to all major sights. A wonderful stay at a stylish and atmospheric hotel with spa options. The hotel team was amazing—very welcoming and providing outstanding, anticipatory service. I can’t recommend the bar and restaurant experience enough. The rooms are neutrally decorated, spacious, and feature contemporary design. The bed was heavenly, with superior bed linens. The garden-facing room had the best view, overlooking a lovely old tree. Thanks!

Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in Belgium. Ive stayed here 3 times and it’s consistently exceeded my expectations. I’ve been to a few 5-star hotels in Belgium, but to me the Pillows Hotel in Ghent comes out on top, no question. This is in great part due to their very attentive and friendly staff, who truly elevate the experience at every stay. The food served at both their evening and daytime restaurants are absolutely mind-blowing too. Rooms and amenities are impeccable. Overall can only recommend staying at this gem of a place when in Ghent!

A wonderful hotel, located close to the historic area of Gent.
Service upon arrival great, room and facilities fantastic.
Food excellent and bar service slick and friendly.
First world problem and only problem was our kettle. It was broken and took 2days for this little problem to be resolved (along with a couple of requests to the front desk team).
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Pillows Hotel. The large, beautifully decorated room was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is also in a prime location made exploring the city a breeze. I especially loved the pool and sauna—perfect for unwinding after a long day of walking. The outdoor bar also had a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Pillows Hotel and hope to stay here again!

Pros:
- Well equipped modern rooms. All kept immaculately clean.
- Away from the busy tourist district in a quieter part of town.
- Excellent food and fantastic variety.
- Friendly front desk staff who were very helpful and attentive.
Cons:
- Rooms are poorly insulated to sound.
- The staff at the restaurant/bar area can come across as inattentive and it feels as though you’re interrupting them.
- It wasn’t clear that spa bookings had to be made quite far in advance.
- The music in the bistro restaurant was quite loud and overpowering.
